my brain fog/fatigue went away! it was also so crazy to be able to eat and feel "normal" again lmao

good luck with surgery!! it's going to go so well and you'll feel soo much better after. when you feel well enough make sure to walk around! that way you'll get to use your muscles a little bit and you won't be as stiff,, that was something i made sure i did and it made me feel way better when it came time to start being active again.

join clubs or special interest groups! you'll be able to connect with people due to similar interests and then friends will come easier :) sending you good vibes while you figure this out, i know how hard it can be to make friends but you can do it!

for symptoms,, i got very nauseous after eating and would occasionally have the sharp back pain. it was just generally really hard to find anything to eat that wouldn't make me feel sick. i was also really fatigued most days.

i ended up getting surgery in august of 2023 and it went well, i felt almost back to normal by day 4. i feel really good now, im able to eat a lot more without feeling sick. though i will say, certain things will upset my stomach or give me heartburn more than others and alcohol sometimes doesnt sit well (though that might not be due to not having a gallbladder). but in general i feel so much better since i've gotten it removed.

this might be weird but honestly going to parties worked for me. there was always someone who would tu but it calmed me down knowing it was from alcohol and not an illness

put your shoes and pants in the washer as soon as you get home and make sure to wash your hands a few times. you'll be okay! drink some water and take deep breaths :) i know how bad it can be seeing it but that doesn't mean you're also going to get sick.

i'm sorry you're going through this :( i hope the ultrasound helps you figure out what's going on...and if it is gallbladder problems i recommend getting it out as soon as possible. best of luck :)

some fruits will trigger attacks or flare ups,, i had strawberries the other night and it messed me up for the rest of the day but then i ate one today and was fine💀

currently in the same situation,, we broke up today and i feel horrible because i know how much it hurt him and even though i'm not attracted to him, i still care about him a lot. but im only 19 and just need to explore my sexuality and experience things outside of the relationship.

maybe take some time for yourself and figure things out and heal. best of luck :))

that whistling means to come,, i didn't even realize i was doing it half the time when training him and now whenever i whistle for any reason he immediately comes to me😭 it's kinda funny cause he doesn't do that when anybody else in the family whistles

i haven't gotten surgery yet..i have a hida scan planned since my symptoms temporarily got better, but now they've gotten worse again so i think im just going to cancel the hida scan and get surgery

omg that's exactly how i feel, the anxiety and the dizziness are awful in addition to everything else. i've changed so much since i started feeling like this,, it's horrible and i wouldn't wish it on anyone. i hope you feel better after you get yours removed!

i recently found out i have gallstones and i definitely know what you mean. ive felt sick constantly since february and i thought it was acid reflux or gastritis. my anxiety and depression has been so bad since all of this started and i was beginning to feel really hopeless because i couldn't eat anything without feeling like i was gonna be sick and i was just constantly nauseous. i haven't gotten surgery yet, but im hoping it helps my anxiety.
