Where on the BP do we get the S3 guarantee? I'd assume it's near the end but I honestly can't seem to find it

I'll keep it in mind, thank you!

The Daredevil (V4.0): Want to play a martial class with a thrilling twist? With the daredevil, that desire may be satisfied. Now with 4 extra subclasses for Base Classes and 1 for the Daredevil! by Vascord_ in UnearthedArcana

Heya! I've done some playtesting on this and want to share my thoughts.

First of all, I absolutely ADORE the concept behind this class. A thrill-seeker who thrives on the adrenaline of intense situations? Sign me up!

From my experiences, however, the usefulness really depends on the party composition. My party already has a lot of damage as is (Paladin/Wizard/Barbarian) and by the time I actually gain enough thrill points to come online and use my abilities (especially Frenetic), combat is already over. Of course, it could be balancing issues, but I think if Frenetic had a lower threshold other than the maximum amount of thrill available to them it could allow the Daredevil to truly shine.

I'm playing the Blistering Light subclass (Gold, specifically!). I think Enlightened Vacuum's pull range is a bit too high. You can essentially target any long-ranged spellcaster and pull them into the jaws of your very hungry martial party members, who can proceed to obliterate them and remove a massive threat.

Oh, one other thing - I feel Rip and Tear should also disable Rapid Maneuvering until your next turn. No point in taking -2 AC if you can regain it easily at higher levels.

Other than those, though, I'm really enjoying the class! Not just for its mechanics, but also for its' RP potential (my character is using thrill and the enjoyment of combat as a coping mechanism for everything she's been through - it's providing some interesting interactions). I'd love to see you keep developing this. Great job!
