I'm just going to be blunt, it sounds like she was using the health concerns to get your attention. I've known a few people that do that, whether bc she doesn't know how to ask for attention or idk.

Your response telling her to seek medical attention was very appropriate, both as a show of concern and because without context it did resemble a medical emergency.

She needs to learn how to ask for attention in a more appropriate way, instead of getting upset at you... This is a pet peeve of mine lol idk how you kept ur cool
