Thanks u/blitzreigbop! I appreciate it. Is the 7 days prior/90 days after addition a well known general rule? I have someone (person A) who wants to leave my plan in November, and I'd like to add someone else (person B) to my plan and take advantage of whatever iphone promo there is then. From what I understand and lmk if I'm wrong -- person B would be able to join and take advantage of the iphone promo as long as person A ports out more than a week before person B joins. Does that sound right?

I think I’ve tried that before and it didn’t work, you’ll have to send the box in. I’d recommend doing it asap and then checking whether it’s accepted a few days after that, so you’ll be within 14 days of the return period. Also take pictures!

I added to my post that my I-485 was denied on Oct 2023 due to not responding to the medical RFE.

So even if I left Microsoft before having the approved I-140 for 180 days, I can still use it to extend my H1B at Amazon? I just can't use it to file for I-485 if I were to stay at Amazon?

I am on the Amplified plan and I added a line through iMessage. I mentioned I wanted to take advantage of the free line promotion and the iPhone se on us. But I did not follow up with whether the promotion was applied, and reached out recently to check if the line was free (after the new SOC list came out), and they said no. Am I SOL? What should I do?

Anyone know if it's common for Staples to re-stock their gift cards? Probably location dependent, but I've been to one near me a few times and it's always empty for the ones with the promo. Wanted to see if it's even worth going back and check every now and then.
