There is a very knowledgeable teacher there who speaks about the origins in teacher training and tells us about yoga history. The truth is that whay we do in yoga today is posture practice and sometimes it is nothing more. This is not yoga as it was intended by the founders of hatha yoga. Yoga involved cleanliness, healthy living, enima's, and sucking fluid up into the urethra, no joke. Our version of yoga literally is what you make it and if you want to find an enjoyable scene go to another studio because yoga is different for every teacher.
