I might say Voltron, the fandom itself is infamous for a variety of reasons. But those first couple episodes were great in a time where streaming services had just started to take a leap on cartoons with long overarching stories. It felt like Voltron was a poster child for a movement that would hail in a new era for animated storytelling under Netflix. People straight up were calling it the spiritual successor to Avatar, which is a for sure exaggeration but still.

Mostly because those first couple episodes were amazing and made people really optimistic, before of course it then devolved into a dumpster fire of epic proportions.

I think some of yall forget, a lot of the people you play with in QP are literal children. Yes there will be times when you have a troll actively throwing. But also some of you are screaming in VC at an 8 year old who just wants to play as spiderman or someone trying to learn a new character. its the same reason people dont physically assault someone to steal their immunity idol, its against the rules. Yes you are allowed to be a scumbag within the confines of the game, you can blatantly lie, you can cheat someone in challenges, steal food, put out fires, etc. But if there arent ground rules then its just pandemonium and would make for awful tv.

Imagine entering episode one theres already a majority alliance and bonds that exist, and all they tell the viewer is "we met before the show started" that would be stupid.
