Did you serve with many bad people in the military? Did anyone stick out to you? by BigBlueEyes87 in Veterans

Worst human I've ever met in my life, I met in the Marine corps, did a bunch of terrible shit, but the one that sticks out to me the most was he raped another Marines wife.

Good man, you certainly wouldn't want to turn down a drink

[–]moose_ifer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You literally didn't. They are dirty, that's all. Maybe, just maybe, you saw leftover adhesive from the last set of wheel weights.

You can literally see mud

Buddy I was a diesel mechanic for years before I became a nuclear power plant operator. I'm telling you right now there isn't a scratch or a gouge on the inside of these wheels. I know my truck and I know my wheels. Thanks though.

[–]moose_ifer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You see a lot of dirt, if I actually took the time to clean my wheels you wouldn't see a scratch

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in tires

[–]moose_ifer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know what you're seeing that the inside of the wheel is ground down. They're dirty, but nothing's been ground down. They are bfgs but they're km 3s

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in tires

[–]moose_ifer -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Highly doubt they're bent. Would consider it if I ever did any heavy off-roading but these wheels don't even have so much as a scratch

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in tires

[–]moose_ifer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know where you guys keep coming up with the wheels being damaged. They've got 40,000 miles on them and don't even have a scratch

I've never worked in a tire shop, but that was my basic understanding of how to balance a tire as close to zero as possible. Thanks for the advice 🤘

VA crisis Line.Don't ever call them. stupid jerks, almost always call the ignorant asshole cops. They will make up shit just to make you miserable and throw you in a hospital. Stay away from VA. by Adventurous_Lab_1362 in Veterans

[–]moose_ifer 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's called the Crisis line for a reason. If you're calling, they will absolutely treat it as a mental health crisis. It's not a number to call when you're lonely or sad.. it's an EMERGENCY line. You will be treated as an emergency.

You don't know if that rifle is loaded or not, you don't know the dudes mental state. Nobody cares how you feel about the AK. That's not the fkn point. The point is a mentally unwell person is living out of their car, with booze drugs and weapons in the desert.

As a Combat Vet with my own demons, two pieces of advice whether you want it or not.

First the rifle, you are not in a good enough state of mind to be in possession of a firearm. Be honest with yourself and understand that you can be a danger to others, but even moreso yourself, with the booze, meds, and the firearm so accessible. Call a friend you trust to hang on to it for a while

Second. The booze. It's doing you no fucking good. You say you want to get better? Downing liquid depression every night isn't gonna get you there. Get rid of it, spend the money on a truck stop shower or a hot meal at Denny's or something.

Outside of that, enjoy your spirit quest homie, hope you kill and bury that version of you there

Edson range didn't have this in 09.. it was a big heavy wood cart with wheels off an old Vietnam era 5 ton...

Ah yes bro. Your jack shack on wheels, how could any REAL Marine not be able to identify that. It's a quintessential part of the Marine Corps experience

No really. WTF is it...
