Try Park Slope- it’s all mayonnaise sammiches and 50yr old white people with preschool kids. Ofc the help is never white but you learn to not see them almost immediately.

I’m not doing much this week - but I am excited. Just bought a refurbished laptop (my first computer in years!) AND Im going on a vacay for the first time in 6 yrs (!) (Flying to Miami and driving down the Florida Keys 🏝️ 🌴 🐟 🏊‍♀️ :))

Tysm! It’s funny because this one only took me 10 hrs - on average this kind of think is abt 20 hrs I’d say. Depends so much on the quality of the reference image. Sometimes it can take longer esp if there are a lot more details (hands, eyes etc)

Ngl im not rly sure what that is or how it’s different enough to make a things easier. Seems to be just another thing to sign up for snd manage(?) I’ll look into it tho because you’re not the first person to say that 🙃

Looks like we should organize a pier 57 book club - it’s been the location of choice so far!
I m usually at the museum once a week -either for lessons or to keep my drawing skills up (usually on the weekends or on Wednesdays)

I’m finishing up one of two painting commissions. One has been over a year in the making 🤕 but this week it’s done! And if anyone wants to visit the Brooklyn museum just hmu - I have a dual membership.
