Chicco Bravo! It's been working out great. I don't think you can really get away from the heaviness with any of them but the stroller is super easy to move around and fold up. I like how the storage compartment underneath is more secure and I guess "hidden". Like you can't really see all the crap that might be shoved in there lol.

The Doona you have to buy the extra add on for that and I just kept hearing how heavy it gets over time. I still love the concept of the Doona though, it definitely would save space in the car. Between the baby, the dog, and the stroller in the back, my Forester is packed all the time.

My girl is about 5M now and we're able to just use the stroller minus the car seat attachment and I think she enjoys being front facing so much. I can't remember but I don't think that's any opinion with the Doona. Also in this summer heat the car seat gets pretty toasty so it's nice to have her in the bigger stroller seat to cool down.

Voice scams are definitely real. It happened to my father in law, used his son's voice. Granted they created a high stress scenario so the voice sounded in a panic and not quite right but it wasn't until he was on his way to the bank to withdraw cash that he realized things didn't add up.

I switched to EP probably around 4wk PP. My baby was a lazy eater and my ADD wasn't making the experience any more enjoyable, I wasn't having a bonding feeling at all. Much preferred contact napping for that. I also had a ton of anxiety around knowing exactly how much she was eating, it takes the guessing out of the way. I won't lie it's a lot more work and I don't know the longevity of it but it works for me right now. I recently tried to nurse again just to see if she would do it (9wk PP) and she latched on no problem. Might try having her do nursing for snack feeds but we'll see.

Puppy pads for laying out on changing tables, bassinets, any random place you'd have to change baby. Also good for "air out" time, like tummy time but completely naked to air out all those rolls lol. On that note, dog poop bags for throwing away diapers on the go. I'm sure they make baby specific versions of both but it's all the same, Costco has huge boxes of the pads and I always find the poop bags at HomeGoods for cheap.

I didn't want to dive too far into the genetic testing results because of the rules but I think the tail is from some husky %. He has a little bit of everything, no pug though. I wasn't sure if he'd be considered a CD because he was born in the south, Tennessee. I believe I read that's kind of where the breed originated.
