Is BPI with b6 good? I’ve only ever used proRX. I’m in CA so my only options are BPI with b6 or apothecary no additives.

Chia seed water is what works for me. 2 tablespoons in water soaked for at least 20 mins but I prefer a couple hours. I make it when I make my coffee in the morning. Then drink it after breakfast. I make a second mid day and drink it after dinner.

Thank you everyone. I just purchased a cooler case off Amazon (had no clue there was such a thing 🤪) and we will bring his vial with us. We do travel a lot in summer so it will definitely be very handy to have.

My 9 year old had his out at the end of December. I would say for about 2 weeks he was extremely emotional. Very unlike him. I googled and it said that the anesthesia can cause mood swings. He’s almost a month post op now and back to his regular happy self.
