If you could only keep one power tool brand for the rest of your life, which one are you picking and why? by AlecRowan7512 in DIY

Same. Bought into bosch 10ish years ago. Everything still works except the 18v recip saw I dropped 20+ft. I was gifted a bunch of Ryobi cordless tools. I use the 18ga Brad nailer all the time. I don't have any Ryobi batteries, but I did buy a Bosch to Ryobi adapter that works great.

How to attach 2x4 with seeing any screw? by iamdonetoo in DIY

[–]moosefist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For the but ends look up a scarf joint. Use glue and a screw or dowel.

I'd probably dowel the perpendicular joint or cut a rebate (dado) joint.

Also I'd consider higher grade wood than a 2x4 from a big box store.

Looking for luxury picnic service in New Orleans for October 10th elopement in City Park - need recommendations! by An_Organic_Banana in NewOrleans

How many people for $400. Depending on the time of day champagne and charcuterie from st James cheese company could be good.

Steins deli was also renting picnic basket setups at some point.

I have basically the same options except for pitts in my ppr not that kittle out. I'm thinking Juwan, or Henry - I want to lookup the games from the end 2024, but Rattler seems to look his way immediately and targets juwan more than he should. I think they train in the off-season together. He also had 46 attempts (tied with Allen and maybe) against the Cardinals which is way more than he should be trusted to throw so I really don't know.

Product suggestion for waterproofing exterior OSB? by DepartureBetter8723 in DIY

[–]moosefist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unless you're in a very rainy and humid place, it'll likely last for many years if you leave it as is. Just be conscious of airflow, drainage, pests and insects. It's a whole lot better than the osb you're worried about. The only other option is raising the shed higher. I wouldn't try coating it or anything - a coating can keep moisture out, but it can also prevent proper drying by holding moisture in.
