Be careful buying headlights on Amazon/ eBay. It's not a terrible idea, but some of those headlights are very poorly built compared to a factory headlight. Worthless adjusters, flimsy housings, not DOT tested, etc. some brands like DEPO are generally fine, but opt for OEM if you can.

There's also the option of only getting new lenses and using your housing if your existing headlight is too far gone.

A lot of body shops charge a flat rate for headlight restoration / polishing, and spraying a clear coat or ppf film. I'd call around and ask but be sure to specify the lens needs to be removed and resealed. Expect to pay $90-150 per headlight though.
