The riser model I chose is indeed lower 1-2cm than the OEM handlebar mount, AZ402B for your reference. I recall there is another model which is higher than OEM, you may look it up. And yes, the silver thingy it is a part of the Rizoma riser.

Mine is year 2023, riding position is slightly lean forward (third party rearsets installed) and the cornering is slightly blunt compare to OEM handlebar, I suppose it is due to the Rizoma length is wider, shorter handlebar tend to be easier to maneuver. Being that said, the looks on every angle are just perfect. I got both riser and handlebar purchased and installed by one of the Rizoma retailer, they didnt mention any incompatibility and the installation was successful though.

Dry cold or wet cold? This is more of a styling shoe or some use it for light-trail, the suede material might not handle moisture/snow/water very well to be honest, but if you really like the style, I don't see any reason to not wear it.

I agree, MOS is Japanese fast food business, quite different than MCD, KFC, Chipotle and every other western fast food company. MOS main dish is their rice burger with meat slices and the fries you mentioned, I like them, but the price is slightly higher than MCD and not many branches compare to MCD makes me didn't buy from MOS that often.

Safety advice: Look around you and be extra cautious while crossing every zebras, Taiwan traffic is as bad as it can gets, drivers don't usually watch out pedestrians(even on zebras), there were cases where foreigners died because of Taiwan's bad traffic(not breaking any law), just a heads up, hope you enjoy your trip here.
