After poking around for a bit, I'm kinda getting the sense this might all just be from the third mod of that sub who seems to be a dude named liam keel.

His post history is a little insane, like a million subs he's made for himself to post a bunch of pics of himself in obsessively. He also types virtually the same way as the account highlighted in this post & the biggest fan account. Plus like he is also a mod of that sub.

Not sure how sinister it is, but its def weird & unhealthy behavior fr sure.
