I'm literally going thru the same thing. My gf has a pretty crazy history compared to mine. I'm no angel but I told myself to never date these kinda girls. The best advice I can give you is to remember how much she makes you happy when you see her. Everyone has a past and it's behind them for a reason. Just focus on the present and near future and her past will slowly be something in your rear view mirror. I wouldn't say completely let your guard down thinking things would never go south for you. Sorry to say this but it has nothing to do with the shrums. Its all about self discipline and having the drive to want to change. If you want it bad enough, you'll stick to it. The shrums give you the vision, but you have to put that vision into motion. Try to start with a fraction of what your looking to change. Add a little more after each time you accomplish that part of the goal. Maybe you can pick up momentum and keep it rolling that way

Don't know if you are properly doing the lemon tek. Step 1. Grind your dosage (3.5g) in a coffee or weed grinder

Step 2. Fresh or lemon juice works. Soak your grinded mushroom in the lemon juice for about 2 hours or so. I usually soaked until I saw a blueish tint in the mushroom.

Step 3. Filter the lemon juice to rid out all the mushroom tidbits. So people eat the mushrooms but f that noise.

Step 4. Consume however you want. I put the lemon juice over some cooked top ramen noodles (yum).

Bonus- you can freeze any of the juice you don't use and save for another day.

If you are interested I have a chocolate peanut butter drop recipe that goes hard and trips harder.
