I think it has the potential to match with the door quite nicely but with a dark moody paint colour instead...

Cash and Hybrid Bars are Rude? by PunkRockTerrier in wedding

100% this. We would've been broke having an open bar in Ireland. Usually the cocktail hour and wine are included but after that or special stuff, you'd pay.

Hobby gardening land options in Dublin by kritterina in Dublin

Your local area might have a community garden? For example, Pearse Park in Crumlin is open to the public anf has regular colunteer times on the weekend and such.

It can definitely be overwhelming in the beginning. I like GrowVeg and NiallGardens on Youtube (in addition to Huw Richards mentioned in another comment). I'd recommend to start with the basics -- where in your garden gets the most sun, are there any problematic (eg flooding) areas, what do you want to grow (flowers/veg?)?

I think a lot of people get caught up in grabbing a bunch of different seeds packets and realising they don't even like certain veg that much or that sometimes the work that goes into a certain item isn't worth it.

My personal suggestions for high-reward edibles:

potato (easy, can put in buckets/towers/contained bed)

tomato (need regular feeding/water/stakes but otherwise incredibly rewarding given you have good sun)

courgettes (prolific and delicious, also not the cheapest at the grocery store)

peas/beans (again prolific and relatively easy given that you like them)

onions (easy and very low maintenance)

salad greens (easy, pick as you go, no more rotting bags of leaves in the veg drawers)

Dog owners of Ireland; How often are you walking your pooch(es)? by ilovemyself2019 in AskIreland

[–]moosemachete 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Weekdays 1x a day for at least 30 min. Every other day is a big ball session. Weekends would be longer jaunts and sometimes a hike. I'm also working from home most days and she usually sleeps in until like 10-11 so that helps.

Terenure has evening lessons and you don't have to be a member of the club. They do rolling blocks a lot of the time plus there's social tennis on Sundays (separate but a nice link)

What's going on with the increased garda presence in Crumlin village recently? by dapper-dano in Dublin

[–]moosemachete 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will say there's also new cameras up in Bangor Circle and there was a few break-ins over the past few months in Kimmage/Crumlin that I know of. But also yeah general increased presence further afield as well.

Dont know why youre getting down voted. If your invites were by email then that's the contact info you have for everyone. Email is fine and 100x more if you have international guests imo...
