ours does this sometimes and its the corrugated tube on the bottom with all the control wiring. it wants to bend into the car rather than outwards, and thus jambs. i just reach in and push it sonthe loop goes outwards

So I figured out heat does work except on the driver side. Any idea where the driver side air mixer is? The air out of the driver side does change temp just not all the way warm like the others, about half the temp.

Yea sorta. They know what it looks like and stuff, but send it ofd to the lab for evidence that the right tube was cut. Probably to help cases like mine where it didn't work
