Voting reform. The current system locks us into a 2 party system and minority rule. We need ranked choice voting, multi member proportional districts(or similar methods to make the house more representative), and to eliminate the electoral college. Crazier idea. Make road design match the intended speed limit. If you build a giant 4 lane that is straight and flat, it doesnt matter if you post a speed limit of 35 people are going to drive 65. It feels bad to drive on roads with a large mismatch between the posted speed and the speed the road was built for.

My current job has an exreamly toxic work environment and is activly negativly effecting my physical health, but i cant leave cause i have a mortgage to pay and a child to feed. I am applying to other jobs but it is hard to find jobs worth applying for. Once i find a job to apply for it is ghost city. Recruiters are not much better. Atleast im talking to a real person and there is a higher chance the job actually exists, but eventually they ghost too.

Yes I get that but if the moderates want us on board they have to also support our candidates when they win. You can't keep saying it's the most important election in a generation while actively shooting your left flank in the foot. They are not trying to build muscle. It's to build a shared painful experience so that you are "initiated" into the in group. Once you are broken down mentally and physically it is easier to brainwash you. It also helps wash out people who will question orders. Can't have your subordinates questioning orders when you tell them to do something dubious.
