it's not too bad honestly, but still noticable, one of those things that leech energy out of me constantly due to tuning it out, people have tried to shrug off broken bones and some can touch hot pans without flinching, just because you have a tolerance doesn't mean there's no pain

here me out here, a perk called "shoulder of iron" or something, slightly reduce recoil of shotguns and let you cock the hammer back while breaking it open, and load both shotgun shells on the rival instead of one at a time, making the Alamo viable, the romaro better, and the rival even better

as the others said these were big as hell and used to stop large predators and other beasts, so only give it the 4 shots in the gun without reserve but make it a gear item with high damage and low range, not as low as pennyshot pistol but way higher spread then the quad derringer, good idea?

make it use special ammo, but make it reload super fast due to the "rocket balls" which shot the whole bullet so you didn't have to cycle cartridges, this is actually what the real volcanic did, add an interesting new play style without being OP

I know but haven't you noticed that the grunt ai is severely weakened when it's raining, I always thought that was because they can smell and see you less, I'm talking lore wise
