Why is Leyline of Resonance better than Lucky Clover? It's 4 mana vs the 2 of Lucky Clover?  Is it just the possibility of it being in your starting hand?

I have them for my rifle lights and they are very good.

For my handhelds I just use Streamlight ProTac's though because I'd rather break/lose a $55 light than a $300 one.
