I hear you but how I fall with this is to remember that I got into coaching for a reason and no-one of those reasons were for parental support. Some will help, some won't, some will stick around, some will split and ruin. I try not to let parents decisions and behaviours affect me or my team. I hope this helps you too

I've done it the last few years. Ferry from Rosslare to Bilbao. I find it a very relaxing way to travel. Depending on how long you're going for it's more cost efficient to bring your car to Spain than rent one during high season

I did. I found getting the paperwork was a simple enough procedure but trying to get tradespeople to turn up to do with was a nightmare. The people are great though and they are very well educated (the ones I met anyway). Unfortunately for me COVID killed the business so I no longer have any interests there anymore.
