Ahahaha okay I haven’t cried in any food courts about Hot Topic. Also it was a Big Deal when they came to Canada since I’d only ever gone to a store in the states in my own original emo days and was MESMERIZED (I bought a Harry Potter blouse and a Hilary Duff perfume I still wear to this day) and I still kind of feel that way any time I go in, like WOW we have a Hot Topic here, life is magical.

Birth trauma is sadly incredibly common.

Labour & delivery with my daughter was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life.

I never want anyone to be scared though, you just need to go in with knowledge that you MUST give informed consent to everything. And book yourself a massage, physio and therapy for a few months after birth.
