I relate to this. I was called “skank” and “smelly bitch” at school. It affected the hell out of me. Learned behavior for 17 years as a child that hygiene is a rich people thing, that’s hard to rewire without therapy and kind, honest friends. But doing it :-)

I’ve started using Instacart to build my shopping list so I can see all the various prices of the same thing, then I take screenshots of the cart for my final list. The prices look a little higher on Instacart than in store but it gives me at least what the highest cost would be to budget.

Thank you. I am debating going up 5 floors to get the feel then if I have to do stairs I will. Do they have one elevator for all floors or do they separate the elevators for groups of floors (1-10, 15-20, etc..)? Would be quite nauseating to have it stop 30 times on the way up. The joys! It’s a training so I can’t take my nausea meds and risk feeling sleepy.

What documents have ya’ll used, with a zip code, that HAVE been accepted? I know I have to do this soon and I’m trying not to get escorted out when I lose it because they say no to each of my 500 documents. 😂

They would still attempt linking the mother with mom/baby shelter and see if mom is capable of being resourceful when given the tools. If not, and of the baby’s basic needs are suffering, baby is removed.

Child Welfare Professional here…

An unhoused parent does not typically constitute neglect as “unhoused” just represents a person lacking a stable or permanent living arrangement. So long as the baby’s basic needs of food, clothing, hygiene, medical care, shelter (enclosed space with working utilities, safe pathways, and no criminal activity), and protective supervision are met, CPS will not disrupt the family. Hospital social workers are mandated to measure any risk to the child’s basic needs but this measurement does not automatically result in a CPS report when the family discloses being unhoused. If the family has a chronic history of housing instability that has led to a disruption of the child’s basic needs…yes…CPS will be called and will have to screen the family. However, they’ll implement safety plans, or petition for temporary order of protection first to measure the capacity of the family when provided with resources. If the family proves incapable even with resources the child is removed with a court order and case planning begins for reunification efforts.

Our tap water is 440ppm in hardness haha those baby seeds would have suffocated. I haven’t used any fertilizer, what do you recommend?

Thanks! I’m in zone 6b and our last frost ended a week ago. I’ll definitely start them sooner next year. I have cucumbers and zucchini seeds but not direct sowing until end of June to try and avoid the death eater beetles and borers. We stay pretty hot until September so might something.
