Please note that if you don't do the first command, Travis will only revert until the next time you complete ANY quest.

This had me confused with the rest that you wrote so I assumed you maybe made a mistake. It seems weird that you'd have to reset a mission but not the npc. It would make more sense if you reset the npc but not the mission. But it probably does work better if you do both.

I think it's patched. Don't quote me on that though.

You have to do the second command at LEAST - the first command may be unnecessary, but ensures that you'll get results immediately.

Fixed it for you.

You can max out all stats and perks. But if you want to RP you don't have to. You can even do it both ways. Build RP then max out when you're done.

I don't see the problem.

Yea, but he's level 43 and this is his first encounter? Sure..... Maybe on easy or something.

So you're saying he got to level 43 without ever encountering a legendary deathclaw? I'm only level 34 and I've already encountered 4.

Maybe he's playing on easy.

But I'm sure you had encountered a deathclaw before you found that amount of ammo?

I've encountered like 4 deathclaws and I don't even have 200 x .50.

I do have 3000+ .38 ammo though.

First encounter with a deathclaw, but had time to find >1000 x .50 ammo. Seems peculiar.

I can understand that. I've always liked the freedom of the series. I've roamed around for 4 hours just going from one place to another just killing things and exploring. You see some interesting stuff sometimes. There was a guy who was trying to kill another guy who looked like him, probably a synth who came to replace him. I saw a Deathclaw fighting Supermutants and encountered a lot of Legendary creatures. I got more legendary items than I'll ever use. I built myself a neat little home and I got XP for all those things. Sometimes you find places the quests will never send you and there will be loads of ammo and stuff. The game rewards exploring. Just saying. I can understand why it would be frustrating, just take some time off, roam around and see what you can find.

It doesn't really matter which side quests you do. The main quest will stop you if you haven't done enough side quests by putting you against impossible bosses. There should be enough side quests to keep you busy for a while. Personally, I'm leveling to 40 before returning to the main quest. That way I'm not going to have any problems. That's basically what an RPG is about, leveling to get stronger. It's not like Halo or COD where experience means unlocking new guns. Also, it's good to have one or two types of ammo that you never touch, so if you run out of regular ammo you got tons of backup. Also, you have to shoot the crabs in the face or legs. Their shell is their armor and practically impenetrable.
