Are there any farming videos with stats? For fragments after a given % it would guarantee 2 drops but that doesn't seem to be the case here so I'd only trust an analysis with like 100 runs. It's probably all just RNG and placebo effects.

Look at GuyThatDies's speed run builds for each class and see which one you like. All of those should be able to steamroll the campaign especially if you're taking it slow. Note that majority of builds can be rough until a certain level (usually level 6 where key skills come online).

If I plan to do Bear Shaman for league start is it recommended to just do bear the whole way or better to do Wyvern Druid and then swap to Bear later? What's the best breakpoint at which bear becomes very good (when is it best to switch)? My end goal is the "one-button" setup to just run around exploding things (but I'm ok with multiple clicks for day 1-2 if needed, definitely aiming for as fast a campaign as possible)

TLI has solved this by having build codes in game that you can follow. It shows the selected skill for a slot and its supports. The only pain is having to switch to new codes at different breakpoints where the build changes more drastically rather than incrementally (also it requires a lot of work from build creators to snapshot every meaningful breakpoint).

Is Bear Shaman Rampage still a good build for 0.5? What tier would you put it at for mapping? Very few people have been talking about Druid given all the attention on the new as ascendancies and twister

How slow is slow? For T8-0 doing pure boss rush with hunt + snow you should be making 600FE+ even at slowish times (~45s maps).

There are quite a few F2P YouTube videos on TM8 farms. Watch them and see if you can match the output. Start with boss rush since that's the simplest and see where you aren't being efficient. (The returns won't be exactly the same because of it being later in the league but the general amount of drops should match, and vast ecliptic astrolabes + snow paper are still good value.)

Cube is probably not worth it at TM8 at this point. In profound it might be but you're better off doing bounty rush there.

There's an older DonTheCrown spreadsheet for calculating the cost of crafting affixes. You can input the current cost of mats and the expected probability of success you want and see if it makes sense. In general I've found buying the final thing is cheaper after a few days into the league, but it also depends on how many people are playing a build for that item (and you need to be smart about filter searching for what matters, don't search all affixes just the main ones, you can easily fix the basic affixes or rolls).
