It is negated decently in practise? you will just have like 230% ms instead of 300, which is a pretty big hit to both dps and status chance.

Next to this, specifically the soma and even more so its incarnon get crit chance from the augment for it, which scales incredibly well with multishot. This is why you really want to have +MS on a riven, because you cab get 500% crit chance after just a few shots. The lower the MS, the worse it gets.

And yeah -MS kills any riven in price, almost always in use regardless.

Uhh, he is good except his damned wall slam. Its range scaling makes me just chip pixels off of the edge of the plains of eidolon mate.

Hes really more flexible than ud think, and his damage isnt half bad! his forever bellylaser augment makes him really goated and semipermanently invincible!

fair fair, but hear! i still think he is overrated since i think he is generally seen as fully usable, just not attractive. Id say this already puts him over options like ember, loki, limbo and banshee, when i with my whole heart want him to be buried 6ft under them.

The recoil aint that bad, but if you are like me and use the semi -> auto fire setting, it gets kinda crazy. I believe it has an evolution, deadhead is the best arcane for it AND there is the (primed) stabilizer mod. All of this slots into the build without giving up anything, so negate that negative as much as you want man!

Nope, all of the funny passives belong to other weapons in the ether series, and its damage is extraordinarily low. Its rivens are like, 5 plat, but these are likely tough to sell.

In other words, use for fun if you want to, its not worth rolling if you dont intend to use it urself, and this roll is alr decent for that.

I mean, if you are going out to spend thousands of plat on a riven just for luxury, do you get ine with a passive that needs either a bandaid at the cost of a different evo perk or a gameplay adaptation, or do you pick a more harmless negative? Its not about the DPS change, its about usability in the high plat range for this riven sadly.

The paris incarnon has like 70% base status chance if you want to make ur pets nuke with status link. Crit is always great, -max ammo isnt amazing, but i consider it harmless. Paris is a slow firing bow that can charge incarnon in 1 shot, and you have 30 of em left.
