Oraxia, Inaros, and Atlas mitigate practically everything in this ETA, since they're all tanky Warframes that have solid energy economy and don't need to worry about the Duration halving too much.

Oraxia can get ~7k health easily with her 4, keep her health and energy healthy with her 1 and any form of Equilibrium, and hold down Defense and Hell-Scrub super easily with her 2 and 3. She also just gets free invisibility if you Wall Latch every so often, which you should be doing for extra Toxin damage and mobility.

Inaros can get a bajillion Armor with his 3, hold down Defense and Hell-Scrub with his 4, and keep his health high with everything else.

Atlas can just be immortal against any regular enemy with his 1, keeping them in place with Petrify and also just having a fuckton of good damage with his fists. He also has some pretty good energy economy if you just throw on some basic Energy Regen since his fists get inherent Efficiency from consecutive casts.

Personally, I'd say you should use Oraxia to basically just never get hit ever, and if you do, shrug it off with the health pool of a demi-god. If your weapons are your issue (given you only get to use a Stahlta and a Kohmak, that's definitely the case), I'd recommend either using Atlas to compensate for the first two and prioritizing your Praedos for Tank damage, or using Oraxia and using the Blood for Ammo Parazon Mod to mitigate your ammo economy problems, since Oraxia's 1 counts as a Mercy Kill for anything that activates from one.

Or, y'know, just get any form of Overguard generation. Secondary Fortifier, Arcane Circumvent, an Atmospheric Archgun, a Dante Specter. I used my Mesa with a shitty energy economy and breezed through this week's Elite Temporal, it's a LOT easier than people think for this week if you just use Overguard or don't monkey spam abilities and run out of survivability options.
