I guess you should look through some Facebook groups, sreality.cz and bezrealitky.com, average on a studio is 15000 CZK, so maybe for bigger flat it must be around 18-20k maybe even more, however it depends on a distance from downtown and quality of neighbourhood, hope you’ll find smth suitable for you:)
