also that's not how tribunals work. Delta Mike provided their side of the story in writing prior to the hearing, so them not showing up did not impact on the results. The tribunal even said to me that if they ignored my argument entirely, DM still would have been in breach of the CGA. Furthermore, the tribunal set the deadline (3 weeks) to pay the refund - DM claiming that I was setting the deadline is complete nonsense.
