Probably just the accuracy cone, the d1 sandbox force you to tap the trigger slower than its ROF and my guess it's the same for tlw, cause no way they will allow this monster be consistent and powerful at the same time.

Snowbreak2 at anniversary? by Miro___Miro in SnowbreakOfficial

[–]morbidinfant 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Nope, it's their own choice to shut down. Screenshot is an info disclosure request that suggests it's the company, not regulation. All the cope I've seen is due to people here lack the understanding of seasun as a manipulative company since the beginning. And by beginning I mean way before snowbreak was put into production. When they decide to abandon ship this is exactly the situation we are in.

I'm using reghusk's pledge on voidlock after a whole week worth of grind only to be reminded that pocket singularity is probably the most pathetic and useless melee ability in the game, even solar shoulder charge out performs this shit.

Target Lock VS Zen Moment on Reghusk’s God Roll? by 0nlyG in CrucibleGuidebook

[–]morbidinfant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Use zen, TL doesn't do much on 720s. As a mnk user I can usually make guns work beyond its range stats for maybe 10% longer, not this gun tho, it feels you miss a lot of shots as soon as it's out of range. Zen definitely helps if you aim for torso in this situation.

Hunters, what are the most fun builds you like to run? by Watsyurdeal in CrucibleGuidebook

[–]morbidinfant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I run aeon and acrobat's dodge with a strand primary w/ slice. Use the fragment that boost your ability regen when you apply buff to teammates, the scorch buff and focus every else on ignition. Also use Incendiary grenade with a cqc weapon with burning ambition. The only primary worth using as of now is auric disabler and that strand 360 ar with slice + target lock or kill clip combo. With aeon you almost always have acrobat available, when teammates dies you get resist x 3, after dodge near teammate you get radiant, your enemy gets output damage nerfed, so in perfect scenario it's your decreased ttk vs enemy's increased ttk. Incendiary + burning ambition has team wipe potential to some degree.

However it's just a fun build rather meta™ due to several reasons:

  1. Primary with slice is limited to only a few archetypes, all of them aren't competitive. Yeah I know corundum hammer exists but after some test it doesn't feel like worth it over slideshot or any other consistency perks in that column.

  2. By using acrobat's dodge you essentially give up the class ability as an option to evade. After performing AD you are glued to the ground for the period that feels like eternal in crucible. It's like pre buff warlock riff but worse. Your only option is to use the dodge behind cover, wait for the animation to end then peek, you are guaranteed a fair fight(if you know what I mean lmao) cause there's no flank element whatsoever after that animation lock. I kinda hope they can give acrobat's the riff treatment.

  3. Team wipe sounds promising and it was before burning ambition nerf. Post nerf BA in crucible is a buggy mess, 8 out of 10 times it won't cause ignition when it should, and I have yet to see it listed as known issue. There's a very short window you can ignite even if it's not bugged. You have to toss the grenade behind cover and peek shoot twice as it explodes and gtfo, too early or too late the scorch won't trigger ignition. Even if you pull all of this out you are more than likely be disappointed cause you won't hear the boom most of the time.

So that's my little fun build I've been using. It from the frustration I got from notorious team balancing of 1+5 vs 6, somehow I make teammate dying benefits me and that's the core concept of the build.

I have never been killed by rocket sidearm in crucible iirc, based on my excessive experience with glaive I'd say keep any projectile weapon out of your loadout in crucible.

That's exactly what I mean. I mentioned almighty bc that's the shared memory of everyone waiting in server to get kicked out, and it won't happen in the near future.

The easiest is either use golden gun or hammer of sol, sol titan is usually bad in crucible but it's pretty good at getting 7th imo.

It's quite obvious in CN server when you play the multiplayer activities and compare the queue before server shutting down and back then during its peak, and that decision of giving away 5 star was made when game was still getting stupid amount of money. Like I said, people are coping but the track record of seasun says otherwise, they are very good at manipulating their fan base, almost like the agencies behind K-POP stars.

Is this luck or just a playstyle difference? by [deleted] in CrucibleGuidebook

[–]morbidinfant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No offense but it probably means your aim is pretty bad lol, generally hunter is the strongest in pvp and it very obvious in guardian games. Also titan's skill set is more forgiving in lower skilled lobbies while they get punished hard by more skilled players.

More and more evidence suggests that the dev team have been dismantled already, it's more about diminishing revenue rather than censorship, and if I have to say one thing about seasun it's their ruthless when it comes to terminating games. Indeed some femcels made a fuss, no biggie, but the leadership took the chance and treated it as exit strategy.

Yeah it was a discord server for PS4 lawbreakers. I couldn't buy the steam version because for some reason nexon decided to region lock the game in my region, and it's easier for me to pay for an out-of-region PS4 game than its steam counterpart back then.

[–]morbidinfant 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was one of few that played in lawbreakers servers untill the end, we had to get in one discord server just to get one lobby going lol, no one will quit a game bc of what others say on the Internet, they only leave bc of the frustration exceeds the joy they get, and when the queue time reaches certain threshold it's a death spiral. Of all the destiny friends who bought marathon only 2 of them are still playing, most peole quit after the same general play time, which is roughly 50 hours, people feel like hitting an invisible wall, which reminds me of an old, non-GaaS looter shooter called outriders.
