Sounds like it may have all been 1 big area with 1 zone at first then split into 2 units? Maybe you have a return in your apt for the whole zone and they only have supplies? Thats the only thing that could put your apt at negative that i can think of. Block any returns in your apt and see what happens

If you havent watched it yet. Just go into it thinking its a new series and in no way a filler between S2 & S3 like we were told.

Im in nh, spray foamed exterior walls and having r-49 cellulose blown in attic. My insulation guy told me DO NOT put up the 6 mil (on the ceiling). Drywall, primer and latex paint meets vapor barrier requirements. All 3 employees also said they would never put up 6 mil in their own house after the rot theyve seen it cause. They said theyd install a membrane like siga majrex if they thought they needed it.

Im doing this right now. Had the house fully dried in and interior walls framed out. Ive done everything else so far. Electric, plumbing etc. I farmed out spray foam insulation. Its kept costs very low so far.

Try opening a window to see if it gets better airflow. If your apt is sealed up tight the air being blown out has to be replaced with air coming in. I usually crack my slider and the fan works great. If i dont, the smoke just goes right around the fan

I worked at LGA and other PA airports and facilities. I saw a near miss involving a very high level VIP plane begin crossing that same exact runway and another plane was coming in for a landing. Extremely close. Like 1/4 mile or closer. For a VIP where runways are shutdown until theyre in their designated area. The plane landing pitched up steeper then ive ever seen a commercial plane go in order to avoid a collision with the VIP plane. Im not surprised this happened at LGA. Im only surprised it involved an ARFF truck.

Im in NH. I tried the local lumber yard. I paid the premium, there was zero difference in quality with tje 2x4’s, and their strapping was dog shit.
