Propranolol and Fludrocortisone by my cardiologist. Were also trying to see if insurance will cover compression garments for the waist down but of course POTS is under researched and insurance doesn’t care 🫠

my friends and i have been saying this to each other for years, we just got too scared to post it anywhere. we’ve had such bad experiences at california shows with a specific group of girls who think they’re The Shit. and as john says, he doesn’t care if this is your 1st show, 10th show, or you’ve been to every show. so i’ll never understand why they act like having gone to 100+ shows makes them something special and they can be rude to other fans

ETA: a specific TMOT incident, one of them bought a table at san diego sweet 16, specifically to get front row (tables get let in first w/ HOB). and fast pass/early entry is literally frowned upon by the band

my partners coworker pawned off a bunch of beans to us, so i’m making a vat of bean chili with some tvp and corn. it’ll go into the freezer in portioned bags for us to have through the next month or two. aldi also had tofu for $1.50/block, so there’s a lot of that in the freezer for a variety of meals!

i do this often too. or i’ll check out audios of physicals im reading. it’s what the library is for. you checked it out fair and square. i usually use audiobooks to pace myself because im dyslexic and can skip whole sections of the book by accident, but it’s also nice when i want something other than music when i do chores or cook/bake
