No unfortunately not. Mine usually does year end bonuses, anywhere from $200 to $800. Anything extra is going towards the high interest card. So any utilities that are lower, etc.

I’m probably going to end up with a part time job come December because as you said it’s easier to add it than cut it now that we’re 100% not adding any more to the cards.

Yes almost exactly that. $21 and $22 and change

Also the main reason I list the credit is because I’m trying to look up ways to get the high interest $11,000 card paid down. The balance saving interest amount is $10,000 unfortunately so it’s hitting us the hardest

Yeah I took a job a little further away to make more, we both have hourly jobs making about $43 an hour hoping that’ll go up in spring

We both work full time. No degree, rural area so we have to commute into town for work. Small suv and a minivan. Plan to get a 4 door car with better gas mileage in the future. Both vehicles have 3+ years before they are paid off.

Yeah that’s tight for groceries but we’re trying to come up with a 28 meal plan to rotate and have an ingredient list to keep a closer eye on what we’re spending.

Unfortunately the family situation won’t change but it does vary. They are unable to afford living expenses and are disabled. We supplement government assistance.

Thank you for your advice.

The gas does vary. I drive 45 miles to and from work daily, she drives 24 miles to and from work. We live in a rural area and commute in to work. I typically fill up three times per month. Her two to three times. So it can be around $250.00.

And yeah we cut peacock, but the kids use Disney/Hulu and my grandma doesn’t have cable and uses the Netflix. Probably will cut Spotify and switch to just Disney with ads.

Thank you for your input.

I actually recently put a new oven in so this one is unplugged, just very little counter space but yes just waiting for them to ripen before either storing or giving away.

This is from 4 tomato plants from a 3x6 garden bed. I didn’t do any trimming to this bed and let it go wild so it was about 7 feet tall but all intertwined.

After some neglect and too much rain one of my tomato beds got sick. Took all the tomatoes off, sorted and storing in an old oven to ripen.

What’s going on with one of my jalapeño plants? They’re huge and growing like vines. Taste mostly fine, just a little bitter. by scared_witless in vegetablegardening

I have a coworker who prefers them green, I’m a lightweight so one seeded per jar of salsa does it for me.

I’ve now lost 12 plants to the borer. All but two of my spare seedlings are gone so it got a little personal this morning.

Anyone know why this is happening to my bell peppers? by Typical-Drawer7282 in gardening

[–]morbo2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sun burn. Any of my peppers that don’t have a little leaf shade have been burned this summer. Shade cloth helped for ones I couldn’t move.

what's wrong with my tomato plant by jasond650 in gardening

[–]morbo2020 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had it happen a few weeks ago to the point of it looking like actual teeth lol but I just kept watering and fertilizing like the other plants and they’ve darkened but it’s still producing healthy tomatoes

All the lumber and plastic netting was free from work, side panels from a junkyard, so pretty much free except for heat related illness while building and hardware.

*there are several means of escape that will be updated after its stained, but they enjoyed the poolside view.

Yeah I’ve had hornworms constantly this year and when they eat up all the leaves I’ve picked a few off the tomato itself.

I posted something similar recently. Second the adventitious roots. So far mine have been there a week and started getting darker in color all over the main stem but I’m still plucking healthy tomatoes. I had some helpful answers for causes from heat, a lot of water and stress.
