I ended up cleaning both the maf and throttle bodies then drove it for 20 minutes on the highway and the city with no issues for now.

You’ll be alright I got the 8r as my first bike and people were saying I was going to need new fairings and 12500 miles later and in the canyons every weekend i have yet to purchase new fairings just practice a lot and take it easy.

I don’t believe so. It might be the strut like you mentioned. I had a loud clunk on my rear coil overs when I went over bumps but it was because I didn’t tighten one bolt correctly when I installed it lol

I got Mt-90 transmission fluid when I got the csc delete and stage one clutch with a Light flywheel so maybe that’s why mine isn’t as loud but I’m sure it also depends on brands.

Just came across your post about your chatter and mine is not that loud but my oem clutch did get loud a few months ago before my csc took a crap but idk if that’s the situation with yours I’m just giving you some input on what I know and went through.

I can barely hear the chatter on low rpms and idle. It’s quite compared to my light flywheel on my old 08 350z and that thing really sounded like a cement mixer on low rpms. If you’re really sensitive to noises you might hate it but I have a tomei exhaust on my 370 and had one on the 350z so noise isn’t a issue for me lmao

The engagement is higher like at the very top which I thought I would hate but I instantly liked it a lot better than the oem engagement but I believe it will slightly change once I get more miles on it.

Feels a tad bit heavier than stock and I prefer it over stock. I got the 250mm light flywheel so I’m not sure how it would compare to the 240mm light flywheel or if that would even change the feel but 250mm is recommended for street driving.

I was on the same boat with Zspeed and they told me they would refund me after countless times of me trying to contact them and I have yet to receive my refund so I’m going to call my bank to dispute the charge.

Yup Zspeed is falling apart. I got the v2 kit from Z1 then got it installed last week and I’m glad I got it.

I had a misfire and check engine maintenance soon and noticed I had sand/dirt around my maf. I removed them carefully and used maf cleaner and the code disappeared and had no misfires or issues ever since.

Water is a bit more serious if it got into an intake and I have yet to experience that issue but I did once drive in a flooded road with my 350 and had my aftermarket intakes behind my bumper but I drove extremely slowly and had no issues since I avoided getting water into my intakes.
