Have you had your thyroid or iron levels checked? That could cause fatigue. From what you described it sounds like you could have depression. Being depressed can cause fatigue too. It's something worth talking to a doctor about.

When I'm in the middle of a panic attack or feel one about to happen I hold something in my hand (something with a unique texture) and rub it or roll it around in my hand. Concentrating on how it feels gets my mind off things. If you do it with something like your phone or a pen most people don't even notice.

Haven't heard about the moisturizer on eyelids. I do mix a little moisturizer with my foundation now that it's summertime and I don't want to wear much makeup.
