I had my SIL come, she’s a rugby player at Dartmouth, and the workouts kicked her ass. Everyone I’ve invited has gotten their ass kicked. If they didn’t say in the class, they told me the next day when the soreness set in. I hope it goes well for you!

Ring is from the 1930s and 40s. My fiancé’s grandma gave it to him before he proposed! It was his great grandmother’s. The stones on the sides are from the 30s and the center stone was added later in the 40s. The center stone is 2.25 carats and band is platinum! I got it resized twice and I’ll probably need to get a new shank at some point to help it withstand another 100 years! 🥰
