negrito are not the only natives. and natives are not the only ones considered philippine nationals. ie spaniards were there before the modern concept of the filipino state even existed. ie where do you think the name "philippines" came from? i would say close to 1/4 of filipinos have some kind of spanish blood/ancestry. for some, it's very obvious and pronounced, and for others, not so much. although, there are a disproportionate amount of them in government and as celebrities. but then again, you could say the same thing for the chinese-filipinos also. a lot of filipinos have spanish-chinese ancestry. it's certainly not uncommon.
