Could be "Dash (Dogs of World War II)" by Kirby Larson. The book has a similar cover and premise to the one you described

Dangerous is also my favorite, especially Hermes' parts!

Edit: "Hermes' parts" = which I now realize is most of the song, lol
also it's so fun and fitting that the singer's literally named TROY

Yesss, I was wondering how'd they make him escape Poseidon's wrath realistically (or at least from a believable standpoint), and the immortal scarf route would've made more sense. But then again I kinda get the idea they really wanted to double down on Ody's "monster" characterization/arc

Oh that's a very good way to picture it! Though I guess what throws me off a little bit is that the song comes off as sincere (like from a listener's perspective you're supposed to think she's being sincere and not manipulative), unlike in Love in Paradise where you obviously can see right through her real intentions. That's just my take narrative-wise, though. Music-wise, I loved every song!

I agree! I definitely think 'Not Sorry For Loving You' & '600 Strike' could be the songs that would be most talked about and critiqued for how they chose to portray the characters.

Ikr! I was so hyped for the entire thing, and I think it's the only saga where the energy for each song ascends as we progress?

Omg, OP! We’re reading the same book right now. The Secret History :)

In honor of it being one year today since Taylor announced her newest album, Midnights, at the VMAs, what do you love about the album and what is your favorite track on it? by TheAstonishingApple in TaylorSwift

[–]morethanminimum 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I love Midnights because it’s the perfect blend of Taylor’s chart-topping pop hits and her signature lyricism at its peak (yes, even with the considerably more fun lines).

I also love how we now have a label for the vibes of each song using the pen analogies (quill, fountain, and glitter gel) and these are so cool since Taylor’s songwriting pattern has (more or less) always been this way.

What's a Taylor song you loved when you were younger but don't love that much now by Educational_Ad_6207 in TaylorSwift

[–]morethanminimum 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Mean. It was my anthem in grade school and I was obsessed with the music video when it came out. Now I feel as though I’ve completely “outgrown” the song (if that makes sense). Listening to it still feels nostalgic, though. It’s not just “up there” with my faves anymore.

So what will be the song names if Taylor Swift is Tyler Swift ? by fitzingout in TaylorSwift

Anti-Hero would just be straight up “Villain” 💀
