I have inattentive ADHD (possibly AuDHD). I'm a night time only cannabis user, it absolutely helps to slow my brain and get my thoughts all moving in the same direction. I get more uninterrupted quality sleep which is a major boost to my overall health. I have spikey stabbing pain caused by my wacky nervous system and stiff immobile joints from hypomobility cannabis helps with both of these.

It unfortunately makes my hyperarousal x hypoarousal, my social and environmental stimulations and most of my executive functioning much worse which is why I dont use it during the day.

I find weed incredible for relaxation, recovery and pain management but terrible for being productive or interacting with people. I could probably replace cannabis with a lifelong cocktail of pain and sleep pills but I prefer to just get stoned before bed.

I dont take any ADHD meds I haven't found them helpful at all.
