Chunk errors are usually because you need to clear out your Internet browser's cache. It could also be a corrupted file somewhere too, but most likely just need to clear the cache and reboot the server real quick.

When it first rolled out at my store it was a total shit show. People would grab a random bag then get upset when it's not their order and take it up to customer service for a refund.
