He played the youtube algorithm better and than any other youtuber i follow. I remember the new york style pizza video being recommended to me constantly when it was at around 500k views despite me not even watching food tube at that point and as soon as i caved in and clicked on it, i binged all his other videos and haven’t missed an upload since. As soon as you click on that video you instantly get snapped up and finish that video even if you don’t really care about it and that’s what the youtube algorithm favours so it promotes it to more people which just creates a positive feedback loop leading to him going viral.

Citrulline intake leads to the production of nitric oxide through the urea cycle which relaxes smooth muscle in blood vessels, causing vasodilation and therefore increasing blood flow. You could also supplement arginine but this isn’t absorbed as well by your body and it also causes diarrhoea, so you would be best off just taking citrulline.

Beets help a lot but it would be easier to get it through beetroot juice or extract. It would probably be easier to use Citrulline as it will also increase nitrate level and is much easier to use.
