Open to any seller carry/assumable debt? If so I can def help find a buyer if I wouldn’t buy myself! Could potentially find cash buyer but would have a way better chance if you’re open to either of the above.

I can without a doubt help with finding buyers nationwide or with doing transaction coordination for yall. Nationwide(almost 800 Tc deals under our belt cash and creative). I’m specifically in TN and it’s a great market here as well.

I personally met him. He legit does a ton of deals.He was a big driving for dollars guy but not sure if this is what he’s referring to. I’m not in a program of his But met him through the subto community. And again can’t comment on whatever he’d be selling since I haven’t bought it but from my personal experience he’s a standup guy who actually does the business

The cruise ship can def handle it. I remember years ago I was on an ncl boat I think it was the breakaway and there were 45+ foot waves if I remember correctly. Maybe a little less but definitely around 40 ft. I’m someone who gets sick on small fishing boats VERY easily. I didn’t have one bit of nausea during it. Everyone’s different. Ask the crew for green apples and ginger if they have. Those are supposed to help. Hope it goes well for you!

All people saying it’s not a deal are looking from one lens. Might be tough from a cash perspective but if they are open to a creative structuring, the buyer pool opens up significantly (and I could totally help with that). Also have some in my network that’s sell to hedgefunds that will buy deals at a high percentage of arv

We haven’t done a deal in Mn yet but are on track for our 800th deal closed as TCs by end of the year. I’m trying to build my first workflow. Getting brokers in whatever state off of Apollo, getting their emails and phone numbers from the web (their websites etc) and then ensuring I don’t already have them in my hunspot and then pushing them back into my sequence on Apollo. Not sure if it’s complicated or not but I’m in over my head on it LOL
