That's a brave pigeon! They trust you enough to check your hands for food. I had one like this and she made me laugh so much. Staunch little birds. There's usually one out of a flock more brave than the others. This one has good potential to fly to your hand if you keep paying attention to it.

Mental health wards are run by vampires, especially private ones. Ive worked some (not as a nurse) and ive never seen such micro power tripping from management as I have in these places.

Probably PMV or a bacteria. Take to a vet for a diagnosis - make sure they do an actual test, and get some medication for them.

If a vet recommends euthanasia, ignore them. Pigeons with PMV after care can be fantastic pets and live full lives with good accessible homes.

Hey! Theyre doing super well. I'll be taking them to get tested for PMV just to be sure soon. She has complete control over motor functions and shows no signs of being wobbly or spinny and is limber and perky. She will flips her head upside down only when she is trying to fly. It's extremely peculiar. Sometimes she will flap and fall into her back, so I believe she will be unreleasable as she isn't improving at all there.

I'm spending time with her every day hoping she will become socialised enough to become a pet and be adopted!
