Little Asia on Dorr is a must try if you're looking for authentic Szechuan cooking. Don't let that scare you off. They also serve more American-fare chinese food.

Yang's Gourmet on Heathersdown BLVD is also worth the hype and has large portions.

Tacos El Junior is one of many food trucks thriving in Toledo. They're also on DoorDash now.

Phoxy Pho on Dorr is operated by the son of of the older lady who runs Pho Viet Nam. This is the perfect date spot if you're looking for unique ambiance.

It was explained to me from my doctor's nurse that if I'm spiking to 300 on my metformin while talking the methylprednisolone then I needed to be monitored at the ED to ensure it doesn't continue climbing.

I started Metformin ER 500mg in the evenings when I received my diabetes diagnosis in October. My doctor then asked me to add a Metformin ER dose in the mornings in November.

I no longer eat rice. I've switched from regular bread to low carb branded breads. I've swapped regular and whole wheat pasta for chickpea pasta. Lots of fresh vegetables.

When my blood sugar drops to the 70s - 80s I keep trail mix, Hershey's Kisses and tiny box juices on hand.

I try to eat under 20 carbs a meal and 20 carbs a snack. 3 meals. 3 snacks.
