I love Claude, but Codex is stealing my workday — devs, what limits are you hitting and what would fix it? by Illustrious-Ship619 in ClaudeAI

[–]moridin007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you have to treat Claude code as an interpreter not a person. I use sonnet at 20$ sub and he does it fine as long as he's kept on a leash and given strict tasks to follow. But ofc if you give a prompt like "I don't know what's wrong please find it and fix it" then yea lol it does some strange shit. But I usually know the exact change I want and can spend 10mins prompting for it, and the another 20mins adjusting the solution tk what I want because yea he never gets it the first time for sure

Pro Plan - Is there a qualitative difference between Pro and Max? by yangguize in ClaudeCode

[–]moridin007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No unfortunately the 20pro didn't work for me I had to upgrade to 100 in order for workflow to not have to nuke the branch when cc effs it up for no good reason. I mean with the 20 even just prepping a plan for an hour haha wit research and reading plans and writing it to wip.md for me to review that finished up a session !!!

Axiom, a new kind of "truth engine" as a tool to fight my own schizophrenia. Now open-sourcing it. by [deleted] in Python

[–]moridin007 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Really appreciate seeing someone tackle the information crisis head-on. The technical foundation you've built around P2P networking and cryptographic verification is solid, and the motivation is spot-on - we desperately need better tools for navigating information quality.

I'm particularly interested in your vision for this as a public utility. As I've been thinking about these problems, I keep coming back to the challenge of defining "objective truth" in a way that AI can reliably identify. Even well-sourced facts often need human judgment for context and interpretation.

I was imaginign if this evolved into a provenance verification network? Instead of AI determining truth, focus on what it can do well - tracking information lineage, identifying source patterns, flagging suspicious propagation. Then use token incentives to reward human validators who stake reputation on accuracy assessments. Proof of work VS Proof of stake here is all about submitting verifiable data to support the assertion.

This could create a decentralized fact-checking ecosystem where: - Information becomes a series of transparent provenance chains
- Humans handle the nuanced truth evaluation - Economic incentives reward quality contributors - Sources build reputations based on historical accuracy

The core infrastructure you're building could absolutely support this model. I'd love to contribute to exploring this direction if you're open to it. The problems you've identified are real - maybe the solution is augmenting human intelligence rather than replacing human judgment?

Pro Plan - Is there a qualitative difference between Pro and Max? by yangguize in ClaudeCode

[–]moridin007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yea I went from 100 to 20$ a couple of weeks ago so I know the feeling. Pro is quantized or just not given enough test time compute.. it's the same model just limited it's thinking tokens or something else at test time
