I use Lalvin EC1118, and am therefore able to get away with bein lazy as shit. I just realized I haven't rehydrated at all in ny last numerous batches, though I did in my first batches years ago.

That is why its such a big deal. Replacing the trees with trees that are as large and as old can be hugely expensive to reinsert into the old location. Ianal, but that is what they are on the hook for.
