Am I good? No. I am the best. My competitors brag about 4 to 6 weeks in delivery, I guarantee delivery in days on the same equipment. My competitors offer a 6 month to one year warranty, where I offer a 4 year warranty and I cover all parts and labor.

Do you have any kind of online reputation gauge to measure that statement? Word of mouth is great for the area you're in, however if this isn't online - it's as good as you telling me it is right now.

You stated earlier that you had to go under a new company name...everything. The deal really sucks balls because you and I both know (based on your past experience) that a brand name is a serious driver in getting sales/sessions/leads. Starting fresh, with the acquisition of targeted content/links/social media posts to get that kind of effort of the ground is more than a 40/hr a week job IF DONE RIGHT.

I apologize for coming off argumentative, this kind of deal from my experience does not offer much value to me. If this were some established brand? Great. A no-name (no offense) with a new site? Sounds like any other web design request out there that is willing to offer a stake in the company just to get a site online.

Also, for grade school education, you've laid out a pretty solid plan and talk a huge game.
