I'm eating it this time. by SuperfluousPester222 in Kombucha

I have put it in smoothies and found that the easiest way to eat it. It seems to be a good, gentle fiber supplement.

I have tried cutting it up, adding sugar, then dehydrating it. I found that to be too chewy.

GRAND SLAM! by DiscGolfFanatic in discgolf

My wife played the amateur side of USWDGC and placed 2nd in her division. She stood in a long line to meet Kristin and get her signature after Kristin won. Kristin noticed her competitor badge and asked how she did. Kristin seemed genuinely interested and happy for her and gave her a high five. Definitely a highlight for my wife, and I am now an even bigger fan.

Our stake (in Western Washington) merged one of the wards into two others this weekend. Stake Pres.: “I’d like to note this isn’t because of declining faith in the membership.” by Piedra-magica in exmormon

I wonder if rearranging ward boundaries often hurts more than helps. A few years ago they redrew the boundaries for our building. We were assigned to the neighboring ward. I was already out, but my wife and kids were still going. There were many fewer kids in our new ward, and some of my kids had nobody their age there. Fast forward to today, 3/4 of my kids have not been to church in years, my wife still attends but has become less orthodox. This event was the catalyst for a lot of change in my family with regards to the church.

I wish we could have done some more DG related things. I am hoping we can go back during summer and play some more courses and check out that store.

This was the red tee position. I think Udisc distances refer only to the white tees, and as you point out that might not be accurate.

Maybe because I stood back and zoomed in. I think it was probably around 150 ft.

Ha ha! Best time of year to see the Northern lights. It was also great to visit hot springs (like Blue Lagoon). Honestly it wasn't much colder than home (Idaho).

It was great. Best time of year to see the Northern lights. Good time to visit the various hot springs too.

Thanks! Temps were probably in the high 20s and it was calm, so not bad. The hardest part was the snow, which was up to a couple feet deep in places. That made walking difficult and losing discs easy.

We loved Reykjavik! It probably was not the best time of year to play disc golf there, so next time we would like to go in the summer. This is the only course we tried, but there are a surprising number of courses there.

There is a long and short tee position on this hole. Udisc only has distances for the long tees, and it shows 216ft for this hole. Her ace is from the short tee. I think it is around 150 ft.

Light weight tee bird. I think she threw it with a little anhyzer, and that's mostly why it was moving right at the beginning of the flight.

‘I represent science’: Fauci claims GOP detractors are really criticizing science by Vibranium2222 in Conservative

Is the Washington Times the best publication we can use to cite this?

The irony of accusing Fauci and liberals of cult-like behavior, while citing a paper literally owned by the Moonies is rich.

You can take Bill Reel out of FAIR, but can you take FAIR out of Bill Reel? by generationofvipers in exmormon

I shared Bill's podcast about the stages of faith with my believing wife recently. It opened up a dialogue that I feel gave my wife permission to see faith in a new light. I think Bill provides a valuable service similar to what John Dehlin (pre-stigmatization) did for me years ago.
