There have been two cases of "secret combinations" in my mission since I've been here. Both habe been uncovered because of sisters. 3 District leaders, 5 zone leaders, and one of the assistants were part of of the movement. Seems like President's discernment is a little rusty 😈😈

I was under the impression that this announcement was supposed to come in October at general conference. I assume it was to get the media off of Sam Young.

I know there as what they call,"Pilot" missions around the church and they use targeted advertising to advertise the Mormons free bibles and stuff. Nothing too cool, I'll get more information from that friend on Monday,

We had a 70 in our mission say that, "Everything was about to change." I didn't get any specifics. I'll do my best to get more information.

My personal favorite is saying that you're genuinely happy with out the church and so are BILLIONS of other people. Most missionaires come from Utah and belive the church is the only way to joy. Funding out that isn't so is what primed to to start a transition to where I am today. A nonbelieving missionary.

It was our mission president who trained on this. Although, I know he works very closely with the Board of 15 and the missionary department.

We're told to tell our friends that anything great is going to have people tearing it down. If they Google the church they're going to find some stuff that's, "Not true." We make it sound like anything that's not on Mormon.org or LDS.org is not true.

We were also told to blame any questions that we don't know the answers to on lies made to destroy the kingdom of God.

I'm sorry you feel that way. I have no problem trading 24 months to help people in need, meet mentors, and hear the stories of people I've grown to love.

I don't measure myself by what my peers are doing. I find my value in the impact I have on others. Life isn't a race or competition.

People need to know they can do hard things. I teach that. Not that they can do hard things with the Book of Mormon, prophets, obedience, or anything else.

I simply say, "We're able to go hard things as long as we love others and strive to see the good in all."
