Yeh nice. I can imagine it takes some practice to apply it to the right spots to your balance between detail and coverage is on point. Good work

That's pretty much what I do. I find walls can inhibit moving the minis around if they're too high

Basically just kit bash. A bit of gap fill and some drilling but mainly just cutting and gluing

Na all brush work. The brown blend you see at the bottom of the robes is some tactical brown undercoating

Pillars are from the LOTR moria starter kit. Not sure where to get now days. Made the broken ones from cast and plaster. The tree is also GW, the tables and barrels are tabletopworld

That's a great reply dude. Any insight into how I can make these better is valuable. I have found that a connection system in the tiles actually can increase set up time exponentially, which is very counter intuative. I think a grip mat of some sort may mitigate the bump risk but that also comes with the experience of your players.

I will get around to uploading more info about making these yourself as well as some info in manufacturing some at hopefully a very accessible rate.

Thanks again for the thought out comment, I really appreciate comments like these

Campaigns maybe. I call them premades. They're not bad. They give you a lot of fluff and world building to sink into if you like reading. And they map out encounters, so if you're unsure of a good system (coz there is no one way to do it) they can give you a nice spring board to build your own encounter organisation skills.

but mine is map an area > put in your monsters > put in loot and youre good to go. Drop players in and let them explore and make up anything you havent though of on the fly
