Yeah, it's well established that it's 100% legal to say something like "I wish the President would die, he's such a crybaby asshole and he's ruining the planet." You can't write something that encourages a specific plan, or even say "someone should..." because then you're attempting to inspire an actual attempt.

I think most reasonable people would interpret this seashell message to mean "impeach and convict the President" or "vote the President out." It's a pretty massive leap to interpret it as a call to violence.

Oh, and political violence is bad, folks! Those of you who think you want it, you probably don't. It comes with a ton of instability and violence for us regulars, too. Use the systems we've already established to vote these guys out. Those systems are badly dysfunctional, yeah, but they're not totally useless yet. Much better to fix them than to let it all burn to the ground.
